In fact, it’s the first and only dealership I actually trust, and I’ve dealt with Johnson Lexus of Durham has long been my favorite auto dealership. In fact, it’s the first and only dealership I actually trust, and I’ve dealt with several others in the area. I’ve purchased five vehicles from Johnson; three with a sales associate who has since moved away from the Durham area. He was excellent, so I had a few misgivings about working with someone else. There was no cause to have been concerned. With Eryk’s assistance, my recent purchase was even better than those to which I had become accustomed at Johnson. He made sure that my wife and I were completely comfortable with the entire process. I have purchased twenty-four automobiles since 1968. Eryk is, without a doubt, the best associate with whom I have ever worked. He proved to be thoroughly knowledgeable and attentive to my vehicle preferences. He worked diligently to locate several which were quite close to one for which I was looking. In the end, he was able to locate precisely what I wanted in the Raleigh dealership and transport it to Durham with only my spoken interest. After I agreed to buy that car, he managed the purchase efficiently and went above and beyond what might be expected to ensure that my wife and I were comfortable and in no way inconvenienced. Throughout the entire process Eryk was most courteous and accommodating. He was exceptionally responsive to my questions, concerns and communications.
