Even though the car was not quite ready to show Sam and his team had the car prepped for us within an hour. After a quick test drive we made an offer that was immediately accepted, without high pressure sales tactics or games. A great car at a reasonable price. Sam was professional, friendly and caring. You can tell that Sam loves his job and his enthusiasm is contagious. We have never considered a Lexus in the past but after this experience I believe our next new car purchase will be with Sam at Johnson Lexus! More

From when we started looking to actually purchasing a vehicle was over 9 months as I couldn't decide what I wanted, I wanted a great deal, and we had our first child on the way. Clay was amazing every step of the way. He was so patient with us, as we came back multiple times, often weeks apart to test drive different models to help me decide what I wanted. He took the time to listen to what we were looking for, and never pressured us to make a decision before we were ready. He went above and beyond, even offering to deliver a vehicle to our house to test drive since we had a newborn. Initially we looked at buying a used model, but he was able to provide my husband with an amazing deal on a new GX that I absolutely love. He even helped my husband surprise me with the car - bringing us in to test drive a used vehicle that just joined their inventory and instead presenting me with a new '17 with a big red bow on it! My wife and I were l This is the third Lexus I have bought but the first one specifically for my wife. I was lucky enough to deal with Ian Edgington. My wife and I were looking at SUV's and she was not sold on the range of high-end vehicles we had test-driven. My wife is not very familiar with cars because she keeps each car for 7 to 12 years. Ian was very good at bring her along in how the modern safety features work and listened well to all of her concerns before addressing them. Ian's dry sense of humor also helped break the tension for a big decision. There was a small problem with the (used, off-lease) Lexus RX350 and Ian actually pointed it out at the same moment I was going to bring it up. Nice marks for honesty and fairness. An excellent experience! We bought the car after the test drive. The dealership then gave us a loaner vehicle of the same type while parts were ordered and the repair was made. They also offered all the technology training we needed for free and offered help in synching up our garage door opener. The service staff offered several phone calls to keep me informed about all this and blended things in with my wife's very busy schedule. More
