My wife and I were l This is the third Lexus I have bought but the first one specifically for my wife. I was lucky enough to deal with Ian Edgington. My wife and I were looking at SUV's and she was not sold on the range of high-end vehicles we had test-driven. My wife is not very familiar with cars because she keeps each car for 7 to 12 years. Ian was very good at bring her along in how the modern safety features work and listened well to all of her concerns before addressing them. Ian's dry sense of humor also helped break the tension for a big decision. There was a small problem with the (used, off-lease) Lexus RX350 and Ian actually pointed it out at the same moment I was going to bring it up. Nice marks for honesty and fairness. An excellent experience! We bought the car after the test drive. The dealership then gave us a loaner vehicle of the same type while parts were ordered and the repair was made. They also offered all the technology training we needed for free and offered help in synching up our garage door opener. The service staff offered several phone calls to keep me informed about all this and blended things in with my wife's very busy schedule. More
