Look no further for that perfect car buying experience! We had originally visited another dealership. We left feeling we were not taken seriously, were not given a good price, and after 2 different visits We had originally visited another dealership. We found this dealership online and saw a car we were interested in. We called and made an appointment with Eryk Rippenhagen for the next day. WHAT A DIFFERENCE! Upon arrival, several salespersons walked up and greeted us and we felt the red carpet had been rolled out for us! Eryk worked with us to find the perfect car. We found he was very knowledgeable on various purchase options and all working aspects of the vehicle we selected (knew all the bells and whistles!). Most importantly, he treated us with such respect and took our offer(s) during negotiations, very seriously. He made the difference for us and the deal we received! Had a glitch during the actual purchasing process (I had lost my current driver's license and did not realize it until the Finance Officer was working on the paper work). Johnson Lexus worked it out so I could take "my" car home and return in two days with my current license so the purchase could be complete! Jamie was wonderful and very knowledgeable in teaching me how to use all the technological features and Azzie (not sure if this is spelled correctly) was helpful and kind as we completed the transaction.
