The finance/paperwork guy, Simon, was also very nice to deal with. Even though the finance process requires a lot of paperwork it was still enjoyable and informative. The technology specialist, Mac, did a very good job showing me all of the car's features and he offered to stay as long as necessary to answer all of my questions.
