Whenever I think I couldn't get any better than the last service I had, the next experience is even better than the last one. I continue to lease my vehicles from Johnson Lexus and have every service performed by them, because the service I receive is always outstanding, professional, and first class. My services are always routine maintenance because the cars are so reliable. Yesterday I had a 35,000 mile maintenance done o my CT200H, a State inspection, and I bought 4 new Michelin tires. I wouldn't trust any other dealership to handle my cars. They are the best. More

Rene's service was superb I was concerned about the sluggish ignition of my vehicle especially with the cold weather coming. After listening to my description, Rene recommende I was concerned about the sluggish ignition of my vehicle especially with the cold weather coming. After listening to my description, Rene recommended that I get my battery checked. It turns out that the battery was indeed weak, and it got changed the same day. Good, timely experience except as noted below. I reported that a piece of rubber moulding on the left rear door had come loose. When the vehicle was delivered the Service Rep told me that it had b I reported that a piece of rubber moulding on the left rear door had come loose. When the vehicle was delivered the Service Rep told me that it had been fixed. I did not check it. The bill states: "door and body trim were inspected and everything was secured." The moulding is still loose like it was when I checked in. Really not a big deal but I expected better from Johnson Lexus. I'll try again when I get the oil changed. More

I did not want to drive the car to the office without understanding the source of the problem, so I stopped by before work and was told that they would check it out. Jenn was great- she asked what happened and based on what I told her, they were able to isolate the problem to a bad battery. It was replaced and I was on my way within 2 hrs. I was able to log in and work while waiting, so it was a win-win! So courteous and patient with a customer who just showed up! More
