Coming from driving BMW, working with Lexus has been quite educational for us. We initially struggled very much to adapt, the technology package threw us off a little bit.. But their customer service is unparallell. Abdel, technology support people and the management were extremely professional and willing to help us get on board with the new product. Lexus as such is an amazing ride, They do have some work ahead of them to catch up with German technology, but the dealer Won us over with their customer care, in spite of our slight reservations we decided to keep the vehicle, we knew we were in good hands.
