It was my first service with my new 2016 GX My entire experience with Johnson Lexus of Durham was incredible! The staff is nothing short of awesome. It was my first service with my new 2016 GX 460 and I was a walk-in. I expected to be there for a couple hours but the service was completed in 50 minutes and my car was washed. I am not sure that you can ask for a better service experience... also notable is the fact that their wifi is very fast and support VPN tunneling... might not be a big deal to some but made a big difference in how productive I could be sitting at the dealership. Many xxxxxxto the time and effort the dealership spent in making the service experience as painless and simple as possible. More
Certified Used Car Purchase I was looking for a car which was not a good experience. The best car I could find for the price was a Chevrolet but my mechanic doesn't work on Chev I was looking for a car which was not a good experience. I felt like the dealerships I visited were trying to overcharge me for a car. So I went back to Johnson Lexus to try again. I was told they're a no haggle dealership. I test drove some used Lexus and they're an awesome car. Solid. I drove my father-in-laws Lexus SUV during the worse storm I've ever driven in and that thing didn't budge on the road. If I'd been in my Honda Civic, I could've been in the ditch. But while looking at the Lexus, I walked past a Toyota Camry with a terrific price. I test drove it. I talked with my husband and he agreed that the mileage and price were great. It also had all the features I wanted and for me the cross traffic checking and XM radio were my requirements. I didn't have to haggle to get a great price. I have a co-worker who tells me every time he gets in the car that he can't believe the deal I got. More
