Bring your car, do your own repair I have to admit, Robert the service got set me off. I parked my car. Was sat down in front of Robert who was on the phone with a customer to be chec I have to admit, Robert the service got set me off. I parked my car. Was sat down in front of Robert who was on the phone with a customer to be checked in while two other service guys sat at their desks typing on their computers. I waited about 4 minutes to be acknowledged. Nothing. He then hung up the phone and started typing on his computer. Never once looking at me. He then said "so how arr you today?" and I said "better if you would have acknowledged my existence. Now, instead of saying "I am sorry" he makes excuses. Pet peeve number two. Saying how they usually sit people in the waiting area. Umm, I was checking in. You don't put people who need to check in back in the waiting area first. They had to replace a fuse in my fuse box under warranty. It is literally a 60 second job. I understand there are other people in front of me, but to make me wait an hour for something that didn't require the car to be pulled back. Poor service. I went to the parts counter, got my part, swapped it on in 60 seconds, and was on my way. The service guy was supposed to meet me at my car b/c the parts guy called him, but of course, he was no where to be seen. They still billed subaru for the warranty work. DISHONEST! More

Great Service attention and results! I took my car in for an oil and oil filter change, tire rotation, 4-wheel alignment, and rear windshield washer problem. I had a flat tire and Nathan was able to get me in without an appointment and made arrangements for a loaner car until the service was completed. The flat tire was not able to be repaired because of the location of the bolt and tire wear. A decision was made to replace all four tires and to perform the 30,000 mile service while my vehicle was in the shop. I have been using this Sabaru Service Center location for 7 years and have never had a bad experience. Doug Weatherspoon More
