We take your feedback about the time spent to see the vehicle you were interested in and to get a quote very seriously. We do use multiple sources to provide site unseen appraisals for trade-ins and often the numbers do not match KBB.com. Outbacks are very popular and supply is extremely limited so many of them are sold for window sticker. As the #1 volume dealer in the Triangle we are able to delight many guests looking for a new Subaru - we apologize again that this wasn’t your experience with us. There were several people interested in this particular vehicle and we do sometimes advise guests to submit a deposit if they are truly interested in order to keep it from being sold until they can come into the dealership, drive the vehicle and discuss payment options. We apologize for these inconveniences regarding your purchase experience. Regarding your navigation system, we were not aware that our aftermarket supplier was no longer producing systems for the Crosstrek. Since you purchased a Limited Edition model with only 1000 produced it was understandable you didn’t want to exchange your vehicle for another model that had navigation. We are looking into why your previous loan was still showing as unpaid as well as reviewing our internal processes regarding getting checks cut in a more timely manner. We hope that your ownership experience of your new Subaru is enjoyable and we truly regret these issues.
