The website at Johnstons provided us with information on various choices that might work. We saw a new acquisition on line that hadn't even made it to the lot yet, and set up an appointment to test drive it. Don our sales representative was friendly , knowledgeable, and a pleasure to deal with. We talked things through in a low pressure environment and bought the van that day. We were asked to do a couple of things to get the deal done and they took care of everything else in a professional manner. We drove away in our beautifully detailed certified van a couple of days later with confidence that we had a great vehicle and with our extended warranty , were set to have years of driving pleasure. The 2010 Tacoma we bought new previously at Johnstons still runs great and we will continue to count on them to keep both these vehicles humming along. More

Great sales bad service. I bought a 2016 Toyota Rav 4 in July. The salesman, Ken, was great, and everything was very professional. However, the problem came when I decided to I bought a 2016 Toyota Rav 4 in July. The salesman, Ken, was great, and everything was very professional. However, the problem came when I decided to install a remote starter. I made an appointment and received three calls to confirm it. I showed up for the appointment and was told there wasn't any appointment recorded, even after all those previous calls. Not only do I live 40 minutes away, but I also had to set up a ride for when I expected to leave the car for the service. They told me there was nothing they could do, and I left very dissatisfied. I was told to make another appointment. Three days later I realized they charged my account for a service they never provided. What a shame. More
