Madison provided me with options based on my needs in a truck and did not try to pressure me into a product I wouldn’t be interested in. Madison was professional and extremely knowledgeable about the Toyota pickup trucks and pickup truck industry as a whole. My time at Johnstons Toyota was pleasant and my purchase was quick and smooth. I highly recommend Johnstons Toyota as a dealership for anybody looking into purchasing a Toyota brand vehicle. I recently purchased a new vehicle from this establishment and I think the experience was exceptional. Everyone in the building was friendly when I walked in the door. Marc was great. I purchased my vehicle all the way back on June 3, it is now August, and I have yet no recieve registration due to the lack of due diligence of specific workers, Marc and Emmanuel. To give some context, in now August, and I have yet no recieve registration due to the lack of due diligence of specific workers, Marc and Emmanuel. To give some context, in the state of Connecticut you either need to get your emissions or a vin verification, depending on the age of the veichle which I wasn't aware of. Two weeks later after purchasing the veichle, Marc calls me telling me that I need to get my vin verification done, I get that, send the documents to them. Weeks and weeks go by and no registration and I gave them a call, sent Emmanuel texts asking what's going on blaming it on the DMV for being slow. On the 22 of July, I gave the DMV a call to check the status of my veichle registration. Come to find out that July 13th, they sent out a notice stating that I needed my EMISSIONS done, not my vin verification. After texting Emmanuel week by week and than going out and calling the DMV myself, to find that information. At any point after the 13th, they could've called them, which took me 5 minutes, mind you, and I would've found out that I needed my emissions done. And that's not the only issue because it took so long to find that information out my temporary registration in the state of NY is expired and cannot be renewed so I'm stuck here waiting for the dealership to come up with some resolution or actionable steps. There's literally NOTHING I can do on my end, and it's all in the hands of the dealership. This is the worst customer experience I've had, no follow-ups, no nothing. August 6th, the day I am writing this review, I have yet to receive a call from them or receive my registration for the car. More
