Best experience I've had at a car dealership Me and my wife stopped in to look at one car in particular. A man named Tom opened the door for us and asked us if we needed any help; we explained th Me and my wife stopped in to look at one car in particular. A man named Tom opened the door for us and asked us if we needed any help; we explained that we were looking for information on leasing a RAV4. Tom brought us to his desk and rather than trying to convince us to look at a different car or buy vs. lease he simply took our info, showed us the car, found out what monthly payments we could comfortably afford and worked with his team to get us within our price range. We went in not expecting to bring the car home that day, with past experiences being in the dealership for hours and hours and even having to return with additional info the next day to finalize things. Tom had us in and out in less then 3 hours, having everything set up already. Taxes, tags, license plates, no reason to go to DMV, and pulling out of the lot in our new car with a full tank of gas.
