First look and I was hooked! I really wasn't sure if I was ready to commit to the Tacoma but after meeting with Don I realized that the Tacoma had just what I was looking for. Wh I really wasn't sure if I was ready to commit to the Tacoma but after meeting with Don I realized that the Tacoma had just what I was looking for. When Don let me test drive it that clinched it for me. I had to have this truck. Don and Lynn were able to work out a great deal for me and now I'm driving the greatest truck I could find. Work with don. He is very good! Went in knowing exactly what I wanted, met don and turns out he had the truck. Phone calls went unanswered. Fast and Friendly I was originally at the showroom last weekend to have my 2005 Tundra serviced on a re-call. While I was there waiting for my truck to be repaired, I d I was originally at the showroom last weekend to have my 2005 Tundra serviced on a re-call. While I was there waiting for my truck to be repaired, I decided to kill some time and window shop the new and used trucks. The problem was I couldn't find them, it wasn't until Don saw me wondering around the used car lot and he told me they were down back behind the service building. Well I was like a kid in the candy store, and this kid has a sweet tooth. As you can see I purchased my third truck from Johnstons, and this one being the 2017 Tacoma SR5. The whole buying experience has been simple, easy on both parties and probably the quickest purchase I have made to date. Don winner did an outstanding job of helping to get me the price I wanted to pay, and the extra items included to make the deal go thru. More

Very unhappy customer I purchased a 2013 Toyota Corolla in 2014 with 4,900 miles, drive the car local,thought it was a great deal.I have had the car for little as two years I purchased a 2013 Toyota Corolla in 2014 with 4,900 miles, drive the car local,thought it was a great deal.I have had the car for little as two years,with only 38,000 miles, but I have only put 33,000 miles on it.Anyway go into dealership with problems, radio is defected and so is the lock on the driver's side, cost over 800.00 dollars, deanship and Toyota company blows me off, rude, unprofessional and doesn't give a dam. I would not recommend buying a car from here, was not given accurate information regarding warranty, Toyota company don't want to help you or meet you half way. I will never buy a Toyota car from this deanship or Toyota in general. Be honest and make the customer at least feel you care,y ou will not get that from this deanship, it's about the money. Sad thing is I never used the radio,just CD and it's broke and the car lock doesn't work unreal. I even told the Manager I would go on social media to tell my story, didn't care. More

Working with Gabby Ward was a pleasure I was very confused when I came in - as I did for 2 solid days - and Gabby was gracious and pleasant and didn't make me feel pressured at all. She was patient and informative and answered my many questions. She probably pulled out 5 or 6 different cars for me to test drive and listened to my concerns. Her knowledge of the available vehicles made choosing the one right for me - just that - right for me!! I love my car!! And the Finance guy made me feel comfortable and explained my options fully. Good job Johnston's - we will be returning for a car for my husband within the year. More
