Just completed purchasing my 2014 Toyota RAV 4 Limited from Johnstons Toyota in New Hampton, NY. As soon as I walked into the dealer I was greeted by Emanuel Skouloudis from the sales team and I could no from Johnstons Toyota in New Hampton, NY. As soon as I walked into the dealer I was greeted by Emanuel Skouloudis from the sales team and I could not have been happier. Manny was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He is a great person, very professional, and made the entire process of finding a used car very enjoyable and stress free. His communication is fantastic and he goes above and beyond to make sure that his customers are happy and satisfied with their purchase. In the future, I would not even hesitate to purchase another vehicle from him. I give Manny and Johnstons Toyota a resounding 5 Stars and recommend them highly! More

Service fine, sales department sucks not what it used to be which was great, my guess new sales manager. This was trade-in vehicle, screwed me on the new vehicle, waited eight months to find out vehicle was be which was great, my guess new sales manager. This was trade-in vehicle, screwed me on the new vehicle, waited eight months to find out vehicle was never ordered, lost $500 on trade-in and $1000 on rebate. Had to re-order vehicle, which they found immediately on their allocations list this time; The very following day after I got back my $2500 deposit and went in for a re-order (The very next day). They then proceeded to screw me on an option I did want or need at $649. For a total of $2149 loss on my part because of their incompetence. Plus I had to remove the option myself and now have to worry about trying to sell it well below its Dealer marked up value. Will be going to different dealer for next trade-in. And mind you I was a very loyal customer this was my fourth Toyota Tacoma TRD off road being purchased at Johnstons, (that’s four Tacoma‘s averaging approximately $35,000 each) so for that $649 predator tube steps option on a $42,000 plus vehicle they have lost any more business from me. At this point they are no more than good for my free oil changes and recalls. Anybody out there wanna buy a pair of predator tube steps cheap! More

I got a car over there for my mom a few months ago and the process was very smooth and since I was already by many dealers, I was actually very impressed with them. I was going to buy another car for my the process was very smooth and since I was already by many dealers, I was actually very impressed with them. I was going to buy another car for myself, and I’ve agreed with the salesman that they will sell it to me at sticker price, since I was a returning customer. I make the drive form my house to the dealership to sign the documents and reserve the car (2-hour drive). Salesman tells me that the price increased this morning to $5,000 above sticker. I was disappointed, because the people at the dealership seemed nice people. But I guess that greed has a way of influencing even good people. And I don’t have a problem with them charging above sticker, almost everyone is doing that now [unfortunately]. my issue is that we had deal, I drove up, and they changed the terms of the deal. I’m not going to list the salesman name because he claims (and I believe him) that it was a management decision, and there is nothing he can do. I’m giving them 3 stars because the deal with my mom’s vehicle was a very smooth transaction. More
