I called Johnston’s Toyota for Service on 8/16 at 10:30am. Nicole & Julie set me up with an appointment at 11:30am for a full tune up. When I arrived I was wonderfully greeted and passed to Blair. Bl 10:30am. Nicole & Julie set me up with an appointment at 11:30am for a full tune up. When I arrived I was wonderfully greeted and passed to Blair. Blair gave me a full understanding on the cost and time it will take to perform the work. Blair also set me up with a loaner so that I can still spend quality time with my family. Two hours later Blair called me advising me of the status my vehicle. Less than four hours I was driving my car back home. Great customer service is hard to come by these days but your Service department team went above and beyond to satisfy my needs! Thank you very much! More

I say a Toyota Echo listed on their(Johnstons Toyota) website, so decide to drive to dealership. Jamie (Sales) introduced himself and immediately helped me with the Echo. He answered my questions and wa website, so decide to drive to dealership. Jamie (Sales) introduced himself and immediately helped me with the Echo. He answered my questions and was with me for the test drive. He presented the CarFax as requested and when I inquired about the dropping the price, he immediately came back with a price that I wanted, no haggling or hassle. My one concern was the check engine light, but they did a complete service, they ordered the part needed and had it ready within two days. Jamie was very friendly, courteous and a pleasure to deal with, even my wife commented on how polite and friendly he was when he called the house. Bill and Paul in the finance department worked with me to get the financing that was needed and made the whole transaction quick and easy. I had no problems during the whole transaction and it was the best experience I have had with buying a car. More
