I was recommended to Johnstons Toyota by my local mechanic. Since my car was not working, and it was a hybrid, it needed to go to a dealer. My local mechanic towed the vehicle to Johnstons Toyota and mechanic. Since my car was not working, and it was a hybrid, it needed to go to a dealer. My local mechanic towed the vehicle to Johnstons Toyota and the service I received long distance was great. As it turned out, it was a simple question of flipping the lockout switch after the new battery was installed and I was grateful that all was well. Anthony, the service person who looked after the car, kept in touch with me and made sure that things were done in a timely fashion, and soon my car was towed back to my home back to my garage. They were very generous in that they only charged me for the battery since there wasn’t anything mechanically wrong. Now I know where to go in the future if my Prius requires hybrid care. More
