The most unethical business I have ever dealt with. They gave me a price on a new vehicle which was also listed on the Toyota.com Inventory search. Their Sales Manager SIGNED a purchase agreement with They gave me a price on a new vehicle which was also listed on the Toyota.com Inventory search. Their Sales Manager SIGNED a purchase agreement with the advertised sales price. I put down a deposit on the vehicle. After waiting three weeks, the vehicle arrived. When I went in to complete the purchase, Steve Johnston, Sales Manager, refused to sell me the vehicle for the advertised price that had been signed by another manager. They refused to sell the vehicle below MSRP. I would unequivocally NOT recommend anyone DO BUSINESS with Johnston’s Toyota. More
