I appreciated his courteous and friendly manner and his unique manner of teaching. He packed an astounding amount of information into the time without overwhelming one who is trying to understand the new technology. His enthusiasm and calm manner are a perfect combination because it made the experience fun! I sometimes joke about how the E-train left me behind... but due primarily to Brian's continued guidance, key points reviewed along the way etc. as well as his outstanding video tutorials to supplement all I have learned to date, I feel more at ease with my new vehicle. I also want to commend the staff at Johnston's Toyota for the courtesy and professionalism extended to me. More
