Great dealership and employees! Went at 9:15am with a clear idea of trading in my 2015 Subaru Forester for a 2017 Prius Prime. I had numbers in my head and knew the inventory before I went there. As I pulled up, Greg K. was outside, immediately said hello, and welcomed me inside. I told him was I wanted and he was excellent about making everything happen quickly and on good terms. He didn't play the haggle game. I was given a first offer that was exactly what I wanted before I showed up. No xx, no negotiating necessary. It truly was a great experience. I was in and out with my new car in only a couple of hours. Greg K. was great from beginning to end. Followed up with a phone call and an email to provide me his contact info and make sure I was happy. The car is amazing. The service was very welcoming. I had bought/leased four Toyotas in the past eight years from Prestige Toyota but decided to go local this time. I'm so glad I did! They may not be the biggest dealership, but Johnstons Toyota and its staff make you feel like a valued customer and not just a number. I look forward future purchases with them and Greg K! More
