Collin Riley - Professional Salesman, Great Experience I gave a 5 star rating for our sales experience at Johnstons Toyota for the following reasons; First, our sales rep Collin Riley was very personable a I gave a 5 star rating for our sales experience at Johnstons Toyota for the following reasons; First, our sales rep Collin Riley was very personable and extremely knowledgeable of the products and the process. He gave us space when we needed it, paid attention to our needs, and ultimately directed us toward the vehicle that suited us the best. When it came time to settle on a price he was very respectful of us during the negotiation process, always kept a willing smile on his face, and ultimately closed the deal. We left the dealership feeling like we bought a great vehicle at a great price. Collin and the rest of the sales group took exceptional care to make the complete experience smooth, timely, and frankly, fun. Overall timeframe was about 4 hours between saying hello to Collin and driving home with our new vehicle. I will be sharing our experience with Collin and Johnstons Toyota with anyone I know looking for a new vehicle. I highly recommend anyone looking him up. More

A Better Way to Buy a Vehicle Before I went to Johnston's, I went to another Toyota dealership where I was left sitting at a table waiting for the salesman to show me a Tundra for Before I went to Johnston's, I went to another Toyota dealership where I was left sitting at a table waiting for the salesman to show me a Tundra for more than 45 minutes. My wife and I finally got up and left. We then went to Johnston's where we were greeted with a smile and a handshake from Tom Hodge. He quickly ascertained what I was looking for and within just a few minutes had me out for a test drive in a fantastic Tundra. He then quickly had my trade-in appraised and we made a deal. within a short time I took my new Tundra home. this is the second vehicle that I have purchased at Johnston's. Both sales experiences were great. I'm not sure why I started out at different Toyota dealership. I won't make that mistake again. More

So I ended up stopping by to take a look at a Rav4 I viewed on Johnston Toyota's website. After taking the vehicle for a test drive with Marc Binford. I knew I wanted this vehicle. I had purchased my previous Rav4 from J.T's and I loved it. I remember the whole experience was great as well the customer service that followed thereafter. My First Lease I learned a lot through this process looking at many makes and models of trucks. Having owned a Tacoma for 5 years that I purchased from Johnston's T I learned a lot through this process looking at many makes and models of trucks. Having owned a Tacoma for 5 years that I purchased from Johnston's Toyota as a certified pre-owned vehicle was only part of the reason to stick with a truck model I am so comfortable with. Kelvin was a big help and not pushy at all (like many other dealers were) and I got a great deal on my first lease. Other dealers had hidden costs and creative math I guess you would call it. Kudos also to Debbie who also helped greatly through the process. More
