When I go to buy a car they know...I want in and I want out QUICK! I was trading in a car last week and buying a new car for my wife. From the minute I walked in to the minute I walked out.....I was taken care of. The whole process from getting a price on my car, financing, choosing a new car, negotiating the price and driving away was under 2 hours and 45 minutes. Just how I like it. I went from being a Honda lover to a Toyota lover simply because of Johnstons. Middletown Honda had my business for the past 20 years....until they quoted me $320 bucks to fix the cigarette socket for a Civic that was 8 miles out of warranty. Impeccable service from everyone involved In purchasing my new RAV4 Hybrid from the GM to the sales associates (Jake & Mark) to the finance manager (Chris) to service repair dept. (Natalie) it In purchasing my new RAV4 Hybrid from the GM to the sales associates (Jake & Mark) to the finance manager (Chris) to service repair dept. (Natalie) it has been a most "rewarding" experience - impeccable service excellence! I was introduced to Johnstons by my friend/co-worker who has purchased his own car there and has referred a few to this dealership - all walking away fully satisfied. Of course getting a discounted sales price was the main objective. There were already great deals on the non-hybrid models but I was set on the hybrid. I received quotes from a few other dealerships that were competitive. But in the end the GM and Finance manager worked with me on better incentives such that I was pleased with the value I received. The final purchase price of the vehicle and with the assistance of the GM worked out much better pricing breaks especially with the add on packages. One thing the GM highly recommended and advised if I consider any add ons, I should really consider the extended warranty as hybrids can and will be quite expensive to repair if any major or even minor part were to go wrong. For peace of mind and with this enlightenment I agreed. Both Jake and Mark were very thorough in going through my pre and post sale process and answered all my questions. Spent enough time with me without making me feel rushed. Then comes the service dept. I opted for the undercoating and rustproofing and exterior treatment but didn't inform them of my decision early enough to get the treatments done in time for pick up after work. So I received an Owe You slip that would allow me to get the treatment upon my next visit. I in fact dropped the car off real early in the next morning hoping they would be able to squeeze me in to do the work on this Friday so I have it for the weekend. Natalie seeing my service note envelope followed up expediently and was able to squeeze me in late morning that it was completed way early in the afternoon. I am one happy customer consumer! Thank you Johnston Toyota and to my friend for all your attention and working with my budgetary needs. I will gladly be sure to refer whoever I can to your dealership! More
