Terrible customer service I had to speak to someone in the service dept . Unfortunately it wasn't a short thing I had to say , the representative I spoke to wasn't to happy wit I had to speak to someone in the service dept . Unfortunately it wasn't a short thing I had to say , the representative I spoke to wasn't to happy with the way I had to explain my problem to ., so he said could we hurry this up ! I said what? Are you kidding me , then he said do you want to speak to a manager ., I said well now I do because that was pretty dam rude for you say can we hurry this up I was very nice to this person and why he said that to me ? I still don't know why , unfortunately what I needed to say was kinda technical and took some time so I guess he didn't want to here that , I did have some good help in the past like with the parts dept there always nice to me , and the manager I spoke to seemed to know it all , meaning she was so policy ridden there was just no way you would get any were with her cause she thought she new it all and she was wrong a lot of the time and I think to get her way she lied a lot so I was done with her . I told her my problem was dangerous with the rust that my truck had and told her well since your no help at all I was going to report the problem to the highway safety board and she said so go ahead ., and guess what ? THEY TOOK MY CASE AND IS NOW GOONG TO LOOK INTO IT AND INVESTAGATE THEM . PRETTY STUOID ON THERE PART ! Thank you for listening and have a great day. More
Great sales bad service. I bought a 2016 Toyota Rav 4 in July. The salesman, Ken, was great, and everything was very professional. However, the problem came when I decided to I bought a 2016 Toyota Rav 4 in July. The salesman, Ken, was great, and everything was very professional. However, the problem came when I decided to install a remote starter. I made an appointment and received three calls to confirm it. I showed up for the appointment and was told there wasn't any appointment recorded, even after all those previous calls. Not only do I live 40 minutes away, but I also had to set up a ride for when I expected to leave the car for the service. They told me there was nothing they could do, and I left very dissatisfied. I was told to make another appointment. Three days later I realized they charged my account for a service they never provided. What a shame. More

We recently purchased a camper, and realized our present Tacoma was really not strong enough to tow it after all. After having both of our vehicles serviced, we came up to "browse" at more appropriate vehicles. John met us, and asked how he could be of help. We told him exactly what we needed and wanted, and he immediately started to offer suggestions and solutions to our problem. He worked with us as a problem solver, and not just as a salesman to push a sale. He could not have been nicer, and went out of his way to help us in every way. I would definitely suggest him as a salesperson to see to any of our relatives and friends. More

Fast and Friendly I was originally at the showroom last weekend to have my 2005 Tundra serviced on a re-call. While I was there waiting for my truck to be repaired, I d I was originally at the showroom last weekend to have my 2005 Tundra serviced on a re-call. While I was there waiting for my truck to be repaired, I decided to kill some time and window shop the new and used trucks. The problem was I couldn't find them, it wasn't until Don saw me wondering around the used car lot and he told me they were down back behind the service building. Well I was like a kid in the candy store, and this kid has a sweet tooth. As you can see I purchased my third truck from Johnstons, and this one being the 2017 Tacoma SR5. The whole buying experience has been simple, easy on both parties and probably the quickest purchase I have made to date. Don winner did an outstanding job of helping to get me the price I wanted to pay, and the extra items included to make the deal go thru. More
Exceptional Service Pete Sherry helped me immensely with a radio issue I was having with my 2013 Highlander.
