I purchased my 2002 Camry from Johnstons Toyota, and plan to purchase my retirement car from them as well. I don't feel like they are taking advantage of me, nor do I feel like they over-charge or victimize me by making-up problems with the car, just to make a profit. Because of their integrity, professionalism, and accurate mechanical skills, I travel from Brooklyn, NY, to Middletown, NY, for everything my car needs, whether it's an oil change, inspection, and/or regular preventive maintenance. My decision to stick with Johnston is as a result of my satisfaction with them, especially after visiting other Toyota dealerships in Brooklyn, NY, & Queens NY. 2) They respect your time.
