I called Johnston’s Toyota for Service on 8/16 at 10:30am. Nicole & Julie set me up with an appointment at 11:30am for a full tune up. When I arrived I was wonderfully greeted and passed to Blair. Bl 10:30am. Nicole & Julie set me up with an appointment at 11:30am for a full tune up. When I arrived I was wonderfully greeted and passed to Blair. Blair gave me a full understanding on the cost and time it will take to perform the work. Blair also set me up with a loaner so that I can still spend quality time with my family. Two hours later Blair called me advising me of the status my vehicle. Less than four hours I was driving my car back home. Great customer service is hard to come by these days but your Service department team went above and beyond to satisfy my needs! Thank you very much! More

I have been a Johnsons Toyota customer for many years now... I believe I've owned about 12 toyotas, 5 of them being 4-runners. All the vehicles ran / run great for well past 150,000 miles each. However the reason I go to Johnson's, and don't even bother shopping around, is the service department. They have always, from the beginning, given me outstanding service each time I've had any services performed there. (I have all my service performed there). They are honest, the pricing is reasonable, and the integrity top notch. The manager, Peter Sherry, (used to be a mechanic when I started at Johnsons) always takes the time to say hi and make sure my vehicle is getting proper attention. Additionally they don't try and sell me things I don't need. They do the service that I request, and only suggest additional service items if they are critical (Like when I need an inspection and don't realise it,etc). Between the Toyota product, and the Johnson's service department, I will always buy and service my vehicles at Johnsons. More
