what a debacle. left us waiting with no updates on service (almost 2 hours!) when we came in for scheduled service and ongoing console issues. also called in to confirm what exactly will cause an air service (almost 2 hours!) when we came in for scheduled service and ongoing console issues. also called in to confirm what exactly will cause an air bag to deploy and they couldn’t give me an answer, directed me to the toyota national line which kept me on hold for twenty minutes before i gave up. we got rammed when someone blew a stop sign. well now at least they don’t have to fix the paint dent chip they promised would be fixed when we picked up the car a year and a half ago and they had 5 visits they couldn’t get it fixed in. whole reason we are in this vehicle is because this dealers subaru franchise sucks also. they sold us a car that they did not check alignment on, couldn’t figure out a tow package and ended up having recalls on it that they could not fix. tires went bad and console was buggy. they under valued our trade in by 5g and then over valued our current vehicle by at least another 5g and told us it has features it doesn’t and never fixed things on it they said they would. they knew we had no choice and they took advantage of that. i swear if i get another letter “from the desk of steve jardine” i’m going to show up with friends and placard this place like the union workers they stiffed putting up their building. perhaps they will stop sending me anything other than recall notices. She was a step ahead getting us transportation to get shopping done, with Chris Devos, in Rental, who had everything ready to go. John Morris, Asst. Service Manger, got involved, resolving needed paper work, thanks again. My wife, spent some time on her Tablet in the comfort of the waiting room and commented on a staff member, who checked on the coffee area, to be sure it was in need of anything, as he passed by, cleaning this area. How could you go wrong, from the time you are greeted on arrival , to the many pleasant "good-bys". More

They don't always check everything even though they say they do. My husband and I have to check the car before we leave to make sure everything was done. Sometimes the fluids are not topped off. We also mark our tires to make sure that they were actually rotated. So far so good on the tires. We also change our own filters and they also never reset the maintenance light. More

I was told my cabin filter was “excessively dirty”, little did they know I changed it 2 weeks prior to bringing my car in. They obviously never even checked it. Even worse, I dropped my wife’s car off little did they know I changed it 2 weeks prior to bringing my car in. They obviously never even checked it. Even worse, I dropped my wife’s car off for routine maintenance and a tire rotation (tps light was on as well), they quoted her $400 and told her she needed 2 new sensors. I later found out the light was doing it’s job and that she had been driving on a flat tire and never knew because she has “runflats”. I was fit to be tied when I saw the tire!!! Two car seats in the vehicle and they put it back on the road like that, I’m actually contemplating legal action, this is absolutely unacceptable! Thankfully my wife and children are safe but they lost a loyal customer and I hope they lose more after people read this. More
