Great Personal Service Mike has been my Service Advisor multiple years. Service Experience at Johnstons Toyota Jennifer greeted me with a smile . I had visited Johnston Toyota for the annual NYS Safety and Emmisions inspection. I also stated that my vehicle glove box would not close. The inspection was performed and " glove box" problem resolved very quickly. I will continue to entrust Johnston Toyota for the servicing of my RAV4 in the future. More

very bad experience with service dept I had my 2003 highlander timing belt replaced by them, and the car totally borken down next day on the way to the dealer to check the strange noise fr I had my 2003 highlander timing belt replaced by them, and the car totally borken down next day on the way to the dealer to check the strange noise from engine. I was told one craft part was not installed properly, while the car in the shop, they pushed my car around without proper care, all the rear bumper got lots of scraches. I thought a dealer should provide much better quality work, but this store really disappointed me. I will never go back to them. More

Always a great experience with Mike! Mike has gone out of his way every time we come in for service, and we have been customers for over 20 years! Our children are all grown and live in Mike has gone out of his way every time we come in for service, and we have been customers for over 20 years! Our children are all grown and live in other states, but choose to bring their cars to Johnston's, and specifically ask for Mike, whenever they need anything done to their cars. He has never tried to sell us something that is not needed, and is very frank when something should be addressed and when. Mike is the reason we keep on coming back for all our service needs! More
