Scheduled an appointment for Thurs morning June 27 at 8:30am to get a part replaced in our 2020 GMC Denali truck. Went ahead and arrived shortly after 8am. Had been told previously that appointment shoul 8:30am to get a part replaced in our 2020 GMC Denali truck. Went ahead and arrived shortly after 8am. Had been told previously that appointment should take about 1 hour so I waited for repairs to be done. No one ever came to me to say things were taking longer than expected. Finally at 10:30am, I went to Cody to see what was taking so long. He said let him check the status. He came back to say that they were sending him a quote on repairs & it should only be another 10-15 minutes. Finally at 11:10am I was pulling out of the parking lot. I understand things happen & sometimes take longer than originally expected, but let the customer know. If I had not gone up and asked, I am not sure how long I would have been at the dealership that day. More
