Went for tire rotation and we had noticed the past two times the tires have not been rotated so I marked the tires when I paid for my tire rotation and oil change. I went to my car and noticed they had no times the tires have not been rotated so I marked the tires when I paid for my tire rotation and oil change. I went to my car and noticed they had not been rotated again.. When I went back to address the issue, I was told yes we didn’t rotate them because your front tires were worn. But I was not told that it was not done. I told him they were new tires and if they were worn, it was because they had not been being rotated because it was front wheel drive.. I went to my salesman and told him the issue And he got my keys and rotated the tires as I had asked. Am I happy absolutely not! More
