No pestering calls or emails, no sales tactics or any other kind of "must buy now" preassure. Ive bought cars from dealerships in the past and was cautious because of it. I was purely shopping originally. Frank showed me the vehicle I was interested in and talked numbers with me after a test drive. I let him know i couldn't pull the trigger right that moment, but could possibly at a specific later date. Frank was happy to accommodate, following up with me on MY schedule. At which point I was not only wanting and able to move forward, but really appreciated not being bombarded with calls/emails. Frank really respected my time. He also made the process as easy as walking in, signing a few papers and driving away. How cool is that?!? Justine in finance had everything ready to go for me, even having a better offer than originally negotiated ready if I was interested (which i completley was, thank you so much!). I walked away with a great car for a good price. The whole process was easy, and overall just really relaxed and laid back. I can't express how satisfied I am with the whole process.
