My wife and I received a letter from Jones Ford inviting us to come in and see car selections. We called to schedule appointment with Frank Konieczny. We arrived at dealership Frank gave us his undivided at us to come in and see car selections. We called to schedule appointment with Frank Konieczny. We arrived at dealership Frank gave us his undivided attention. We expressed our interest and Frank took us directly to their inventory of 2023 Ford Explorers. We selected our preference came back in to review our options for financing. After completing the required information our information was given to financing company and approval decision was promptly granted. We were taken to Colin their financial manager who was very friendly. Colin reviewed the financial terms which we accepted. Paperwork was reviewed and required agreements were signed. From start to finish we were in an out of dealership within two hours. Driving home in our new 2023 Ford Explorer ST. In my over 50 yrs of auto purchases I would rate this experience as one of my best. Thanks to Frank K and Colin. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone. More

Dropped my car off at 8:15 in the morning for a front camera warning (had an 8:30 appt. Get my first call from the adviser at 4pm that afternoon asking some questions about if I replaced the windshield l camera warning (had an 8:30 appt. Get my first call from the adviser at 4pm that afternoon asking some questions about if I replaced the windshield lately. I assume this is the time they actually started diagnosing the issue. No communication from adviser after that. Around 5:30 I start calling the service dept to find out what the status of my truck is as I know they close at 6. I only get the adviser’s voicemail. Before closing time I have my wife drive me to the service center as I have not heard anything and I am now without my vehicle and no status on what is going on. I talk to another adviser as apparently my adviser has gone home without informing me that they are going to be keeping my truck. Now I have no status, no vehicle and am going to miss some important appointments as I have no vehicle and it is too late to make alternative arrangements. I like Ford but it is definitely time to find a different dealership. More

Was hoping to have the best experience but was by far the worse car buying experience ever. The salesman Mike kept in contact all week with cars I was looking at which happened to be a smaller SUV I was exci worse car buying experience ever. But didn’t want to make a wasted trip because I traveled an hour and a half to this dealership on the way home the car was running hot and shutting off and a coyote was hit I made a claim with my insurance and they would not pay the dealership did not help at all I am now paying out of pocket for damages including the repair of the car running hot and am without a vehicle for me and my children. So now I’m struggling to get this car repaired and also changing insurance companies ASAP. I have called salesman and manager and they both have said there’s nothing they can do. Was not a good experience at all. I hope no one goes through the stress and anxiety I’ve had to go through with this dealership. More
