From start to finish ,GLEN JONES,,FORD,LINCOLN,MERCURY on Pinal AVE. in Casa Grande were transparent and up front. From Christina keeping me posted regarding my credit,to Chris and Amy finalizing the paperwork.We felt we were just visiting with friends and drove off with a vehicle I was happy with. I will never buy another vehicle from this dealership. I found a broken spot on my windshield after driving it home from the dealer. It was behind the mirror and I did not notice it until I got home. The vehicle was supposed to be detailed but it had trash in the back seat foot area… They said sorry but you drove it home like that… so we won’t do anything! I literally had 5 miles on the vehicle… oh, and this was after waiting over 2 hours until the manager got out of a “meeting”. Not much for service. More

Tasteless scam untrustworthy untruthful liar Next level disappointed. The finance manager at the jones used lot forgot to add in our retirement letter so it caused a big scare when we started receivi level disappointed. They ignored me after and instead contacted me 86 year old mother so they didn't have to speak to me. That is not okay and almost feels like we were scammed upon. Do not use Jones on pinal in casa grande if you want to be treated with respect. More
I was so disappointed during my premade appt. My one day service turned into a 3 day question mark. The information was in short supply. Their promise of calling me back...NEVER.....happened. I rearranged my appts. to fix their schedule but little was paid to my time, when calls were supposed to be returned. I had to inconvenience several people for transportation to the company. They serviced my problem but found another problem when I was there to pick up the car. They could have (should have) let me know before I got there to pick up a one day service that turned into 3 days. They've moved to a beautiful new place and perhaps they don't have their schedule together yet. Being a widow with limited knowledge of cars I have never felt abused from service as with them that day. I believe if I were a senior male widower my appt. would have gone better..but being a senior female widow with limited car service knowledge, I felt more of a problem to them then a customer. More
