My first sales rep "Smiley" was pushy and then dismissive when he realized we were not going to buy the car he chose for me. We ended up going to the old lot to see what they had there and found Travis work when he realized we were not going to buy the car he chose for me. We ended up going to the old lot to see what they had there and found Travis working. Travis was was upfront with the inventory and did not push us into a vehicle. We ended up getting a vehicle that was more than we wanted but it was by choice. Travis was helpful with questions and was patience as we discussed pros and cons for 5 different cars on the lot.
