My first sales rep "Smiley" was pushy and then dismissive when he realized we were not going to buy the car he chose for me. We ended up going to the old lot to see what they had there and found Travis work when he realized we were not going to buy the car he chose for me. We ended up going to the old lot to see what they had there and found Travis working. Travis was was upfront with the inventory and did not push us into a vehicle. We ended up getting a vehicle that was more than we wanted but it was by choice. Travis was helpful with questions and was patience as we discussed pros and cons for 5 different cars on the lot. This was the second vehicle we bought from Travis and would talk to him in my future car buys. More

They made sure we understood all the features and were comfortable driving it. We have been back to add a few accessories and Chris went above and beyond to be sure we got the right items and even installed them for us. You wont be sorry you shopped with them. Also Brady made sure we only paid for what we wanted and that we got the right extended warranty for our needs. The service team has also been excellent with a few maintenance questions I had. More
I've been doing my service business with Jones for about 7-8 Years, during our snowbird time. I even bought a new Explorer in 2023 from Jones. The only reason I gave them a 4 vs a 5 is their 5k service takes 2.5 hours, that is a bit ridiculous. My dealer where we spend our summers rarely takes 1.5 or less. More
