Also Brady made sure we only paid for what we wanted and that we got the right extended warranty for our needs. The service team has also been excellent with a few maintenance questions I had. More

I've been doing my service business with Jones for about 7-8 Years, during our snowbird time. I even bought a new Explorer in 2023 from Jones. They are in their new facility which is much better and service 7-8 Years, during our snowbird time. I even bought a new Explorer in 2023 from Jones. The only reason I gave them a 4 vs a 5 is their 5k service takes 2.5 hours, that is a bit ridiculous. My dealer where we spend our summers rarely takes 1.5 or less. More
