I have to say this was one of my favorite visits to a dealership. I called to ask if they could fit me in for an oil change and even though I showed 5 minutes after they told me I need to be there by, th dealership. I called to ask if they could fit me in for an oil change and even though I showed 5 minutes after they told me I need to be there by, they immediately got me in. Team answered all my questions, sales team even spent time with me even though they knew I was just there for the oil change. Top notch team, professional, extremely polite and fast. Kudos to the team and the company for maintaining a culture of service and care! More

Went in for a simple oil change and tire rotation, at 10am didn’t get out till almost 4pm! The TEC that was working on it had a family emergency, and left and didn’t tell anyone. I ask the service adv 10am didn’t get out till almost 4pm! The TEC that was working on it had a family emergency, and left and didn’t tell anyone. I ask the service advisor what was taking so long, he went and checked that’s when he found out about the tec leaving. He then had to get another tec to finish up! There were additional items they recommended to be attended to an air filter and a coolant flush. I have no idea of the quality of the work preformed as they didn’t even replace the service sticker. The total bill went from $79 to $492!! And I have no idea as to what could possibly have taken so long, and to not have communication from the service dept while I the just let sit in the waiting area, I think is horrible customer service!!! I have no trust in Jones Ford Service Department!!! Cannot recommend them, as a matter of I would recommend you avoid them!!! More
I have been a customer since 2005. I’ve always had great service working with Rick T. And Brady Jones was my last advisor.
