I've been doing my service business with Jones for about 7-8 Years, during our snowbird time. I even bought a new Explorer in 2023 from Jones. They are in their new facility which is much better and service 7-8 Years, during our snowbird time. I even bought a new Explorer in 2023 from Jones. The only reason I gave them a 4 vs a 5 is their 5k service takes 2.5 hours, that is a bit ridiculous. My dealer where we spend our summers rarely takes 1.5 or less. More

I will never buy another vehicle from this dealership. I found a broken spot on my windshield after driving it home from the dealer. It was behind the mirror and I did not notice it until I got home. The vehicle was supposed to be detailed but it had trash in the back seat foot area… They said sorry but you drove it home like that… so we won’t do anything! I literally had 5 miles on the vehicle… oh, and this was after waiting over 2 hours until the manager got out of a “meeting”. Not much for service. More
