Chris in Service was a pleasure to work with. When the loaner vehicle was not acceptable to my wife, he had an employee take us home and someone delivered the car to our house the next day. Got the truck home and there were oil drops in the driveway. Tried to call the dealership but could never get a human to talk to. It took two days for the dealer to return my call and check out the Br driveway. Tried to call the dealership but could never get a human to talk to. It took two days for the dealer to return my call and check out the Bronco. It turned out to be residual oil from the oil change. The dealership should’ve done a better job cleaning up after the service. More
