Patient, kind, understanding, helpful, and considerate. They listen to the buyer. Joey was extremely helpful in explaining the workings of the vehicle. I had not had a Ford vehicle in over 15 years, so things had changed with the vehicle. He helped sync my phone to the car. He was very patient. He also made the necessary arrangements to have my vehicle delivered to my home. Frank and Rick delivered the car safely and in top condition. Frank explained again the various keys on the console. I had left my paperwork at the dealership and Joey found it. He let me know he had placed it in there glove box. They definitely listened to the buyer. I am thankful for their honesty and integrity. Thank you for your assistance in helping me purchase the vehicle that fits my life style. More
