Jones Ford Verde Valley is a great place to buy a car. I bought a cheaper used car and had a mechanical issue 2 days later. The sales Manager took care of the parts and labor. No charge. That's rare. I will not call out a specific individual or individuals on this rating. I do believe some of these folks were just doing their jobs. The technicians used the typical, "oh, it's a aftermarket part" line on this rating. I do believe some of these folks were just doing their jobs. I was completely flabbergasted of the sum total of my bill. This kind of goes with the "never trust a car dealer (or their service department) notion. Anyway, needless to say.... I will never go back to Jones, for service, or to buy a vehicle. The ratings below, I suppose would be compared to other dealerships service departments. A well trained, honest, independent mechanic would most likely receive a higher rating. More
