There was no pressure from Carlos the sales person. Let me take the 2019 Colorado I bought on a test drive by myself. Gave me what I asked for my trade without any haggle. Our Ford pickup was damaged took it in to Jones body shop, had the appraisal done everything was a go. Called Angelo after about a week to see about getting started on the pickup, he let me know that he shop, had the appraisal done everything was a go. Called Angelo after about a week to see about getting started on the pickup, he let me know that he would contact me,( and seemed to be quite emphatic about it) when things were a go. 7 weeks later still no word from Angelo, called an left a message still no word from him. Went down to the dealership to find out some info about the situation, Obviously Angelo answers to nobody, he came with the dealership. I will return to my dealership that is 3 hrs away, I get a lot better service there, plus Wonderful PR. More
