We arrived at 11am today and Aaron didn’t come into work or bother to call us and let us know he couldn’t get the truck. We wasted an hour driving there to find no truck, no one to help us and no one cared, the worst service I ever dealt with!!! I will never go there again and I will tell everyone about how this horrible experience!!!!!! so, we drove to Buckeye, drove the 2016 F350 and bought the truck. From our first hello to good bye our experience was great. One hour later we walked out the door with a new truck! Thank you Jones Ford in Buckeye for taking care of us and treating us so good. More

Lube and Oil service Why do they call it lube and oil when there is no lube work done. The oil change and tire rotation was done very quickly however I ask the service re Why do they call it lube and oil when there is no lube work done. The oil change and tire rotation was done very quickly however I ask the service rep when he presented the bill if they had checked the air in the tires and was assured they had when I got home I checked the air and found not one tire up to specifications. This is a typical failure at Jones since when taking in my other car to the Quick Lane of Jones Ford they rarely check the air pressure. This will not prevent me from using Jones Ford in the future I will just be sure to check my own air pressure. More
Poor, Poor Experience! It now appears that our purchase of a 2008 Chevy Suburban LTZ from Jones was a huge mistake. It also seems that their “complete inspection” was not c It now appears that our purchase of a 2008 Chevy Suburban LTZ from Jones was a huge mistake. It also seems that their “complete inspection” was not complete and not much of an inspection. I feel at the least we were misled/lied to or given a good old snow job. Or, there is a huge lack of honest, qualified personnel at Jones. So far we have invested about $200.00 into this completely inspected vehicle. Now I just got an estimate from my mechanic for “a long existing problem”, the air ride compressor and both rear air shocks and some other safety equipment. $2131.00! This issue was pointed out to Mike Harn, our salesman. He said this was the “traction control” resetting. Wrong! This noise was the air ride compressor trying to reset, due to the air shocks that were shot. Any competent mechanic would have seen this glaring problem and replaced all. More

Service Writer Brent helped me with this need and my safety in mind. Thank you again- I would highly recommend. More

Prior experience good. This one not good. I was informed that my towed in 2006 Ford Expedition required a replacement battery cable harness. Originally I was told the price for the part would be $280. After questioning it was ultimately reduced to $200, which I paid. My invoice reflects Ford part number 6L1Z14300AA. FordPartWorld.com offers the same cable assembly (Part number 5L1Z-14300AA) for $54.34. Presumably the dealership does not pay retail prices to Ford for parts, and thus a parts mark up likely exceeding 300% does not incline me to do more business with this dealership. I was essentially a "captive" customer by reason of my vehicle's condition when towed in, and thus not free to simply go elsewhere - or I would have. I will say that my service representative, Shawn, seemed to do his best, within management constraints, to deal with my concerns and complaints. More
