An Added $1400 *Forever Warranty* AND $700 Doc fee. It is *a given* that most dealerships are shady, but a few will try to correct a wrong. Jones GMC is not one of the “Do Right” dealerships. I purchased a vehicle from them sight unseen and had it delivered since I lived out of state. Upon arrival there was a tear in the passenger seat, and the A/C, Radio, and Navigation were all malfunctioning. I contacted Jones GMC about my concerns and no one has lifted a finger to try to resolve the situation. If they can take the time to list all of the options (the selling points), those options should at least function properly. More

I can’t say enough good things about Jones GMC Dealership. I reside in Hammond Louisiana and had to make an 8 hour drive to get there and the sales team made the experience enjoyable. Starting with Carla who provided me with all the information I needed about the car. Taking my numerous phone calls and keeping the experience a positive one. Then came Will who took the time to explain in detail all the information I need to make an informed decision about the vehicle which was a positive one. Then Samantha who had all the paperwork waiting on me ready for signature which allowed us to get in get it done and get back on the road headed back to Louisiana in record time. Experience was great they made us feel like family. Only downside is you guys are so far away, if you were closer there’s no doubt I would be purchasing more vehicles in the future.
