Terrible company! Started off with not explaining all the details with the warranty for the vehicle with all the extra add on that I did not need. There was the "great" forever warranty, then the LoJack app that was an added cost on the total, plus a one year seat warranty I did not ask for. When asked if I could not add the forever warranty on the vehicle, they said no. Then I had the general manager call me and tell me the warranty was great and it would even cover a tire that blew out if that happened, which I knew better then to believe him on that. At that point, I should have told them I did not want the vehicle because of the amount of lies they told me just to get me to buy it. The last thing, which this is just minor but, when you spend 52,000 on a vehicle you would expect they would put a front license plate holder on it because my state requires us to have front license plates. They did not, nor after the multiple calls and request ever get me one. I kept getting the run around. I would not ever recommend someone to buy from this company. The lies from the general manager were comical and I should have just parted ways there. More
