Tried to fix everything as cheap as possible, without fixing the actual problem. Said it was the alignment, then said it was the tires. So i just took the vehicle to Roger’s muffler to diagnose the probl fixing the actual problem. Said it was the alignment, then said it was the tires. So i just took the vehicle to Roger’s muffler to diagnose the problem. Which ended up being the struts and shocks. Then returned the vehicle to jones to get that problem resolved. So all in all very unsatisfied with the dealership and service department in general. Would not recommend jones to anyone wanting to purchase a vehicle. More
