Another Great Experience at Jones Junction This is the third car we have purchased from Jones Junction. This time it was a Hyundai. From the time we got to the showroom door in late afternoon u This is the third car we have purchased from Jones Junction. This time it was a Hyundai. From the time we got to the showroom door in late afternoon until we left after the dinner hour our salesperson Jennifer Pagotto, was fabulous! She brought cars of other brands to us to test drive and make comparisons. She made us comfortable. She was polite, professional, courteous, and very friendly. She was not pushy at all. We needed a new car and she wanted us to get the right one. The one we wanted was 'packed in 8-10 cars deep' and Jennifer personally helped rearrange cars to get ours out! We were very pleased with her service. I needed a special adaption put on the car and the arrangements were all made for us to be done in less than a week. They were done correctly the first time! We opted for an undercoating. When we picked the car up there was a grease spot on the sear but it was promptly remedied and fabric retreated. Thank you Jennifer for a pleasant car buying experience.
