He was incredibly professional and knowledgeable, guiding me through the process without any pressure. Victor answered the hundreds of questions I had about the Ioniq 6 and owning an EV. I love the new level of one-pedal braking that the Ioniq 6 has, along with its smooth handling and many advanced safety features. The whole process was smooth and easy. We had been looking at SUV's for sometime and compared several in the class of the Palisade. Hands down, there is not one SUV in the Palisade class that matches it for the money and the warranty. We spoke with Terry numerous times and she always notified us when new colors came in so we could look at them vs relying on viewing colors online. She was never pushy, always answered our questions and kept the communication where it needed to be.

Do not use this dealership to purchase or service a vehicle. I purchased a brand new cx90 from them and was told they would only negotiate, if I left a 10 on their Mazda new car survey. So the first shady practice was the bribe. The shady service practice occurred this week. I purchased a brand new cx30 from a different dealership that was not local to my area several months ago. The car has under 9000 miles and started to misfire. I took it to Jack Giambalvo Mazda in York Pa to have it checked out since it is still under the factory warranty. They sent me a video showing some incredibly dirty gas with foreign material in it that would clog fuel injectors at a minimum making any vehicle inoperable. My car was still running it was just misfiring inconsistently. They then informed me that the gas had come out of my car, even though they could not provide video evidence showing the dirty gas being removed from my car. They then told me they rearranged coils on the car that magically fixed the car that allegedly still had grim filled gas in it and that the warranty would not be applied because there was dirty gas in the car. They charged me a $175 diagnostic fee which was oddly the same cost as some “premium” service program that they offered that supposedly provided car washes and other perks. They also notated that they had run my car through the car wash on the receipt, but when that was obvious that it had not occured, they lied and said it had been washed yesterday and when I asked how algae, which was evident on the car, grew on the car overnight they admitted it hadn’t been done at all. This dealership lies to your face and should be investigated for illegal practices. Hopefully enough people will realize this is a corrupt dealership and it will lose enough business to be shut down in the future, because it is not customer oriented at best and seems to engage in questionably legal business practices at worst.

This was our second purchase from Jones Junction, and it was a great experience. Our salesman, Brandon, is warm, easygoing, and genuine, and he made us feel comfortable from the moment we started talking. His relaxed, friendly manner kept us engaged, and honestly, it's a big part of why we stuck around long enough to find the right car and buy it. We came in for a Hyundai Ioniq 5 Limited, but with high demand, one wasn't available for several months. Rather than steering us toward something that didn't fit, Brandon took the time to understand what mattered to us and suggested an option we hadn't considered: a certified pre-owned Genesis GV60. It ended up being exactly what we wanted. Brandon worked with Pat, the sales manager, on our questions and requests until we reached a deal we were happy with, and he made sure we got accurate answers to the questions we asked. He was responsive and transparent throughout, with no pressure at any point. Thanks also to Pat and to Charlie in finance, who made the paperwork quick and easy. We'd happily recommend Jones Junction, and especially Brandon, to anyone in the market for a car.

I strongly recommend documenting EVERYTHING if you choose to service your vehicle here, which I do not encourage. Take photos and videos of your vehicle before drop-off and after pickup, including the interior, exterior, mileage, and overall condition. My vehicle was damaged while in dealership possession during recall servicing, and what followed was an extremely stressful and prolonged experience involving delays, inconsistent communication, difficulty obtaining transportation assistance, and ongoing concerns regarding the handling of my vehicle while under dealership care. I also experienced additional hardship due to the length of time my vehicle remained unavailable, while I continued making car payments and paying insurance throughout the delay. Thankfully, I documented the condition of both my vehicle and the loaner vehicle carefully, because disputes later arose regarding damage responsibility. At this point, I have escalated the matter through Hyundai Consumer Affairs and am continuing to document everything thoroughly. I encourage anyone servicing their vehicle here to protect themselves by maintaining detailed records, photos, videos, and written communication throughout the process. Be sure that you’re talking to the general manager if you have to go that far. They will also say that they are letting you talk to a general manager, but they will give you a total different person. The general manager listed publicly and I confirmed that management was dishonest during the process.
