Jones is the best place for buying a car used or new. I bought a new T&C in 2008. Based on that experience I bought a used 2008 Outback in 2010. Gordy was very helpful and not at all pushy. Love the Jones for a Lifetime incentives: oil changes, car washes, and engine for life (as long as you go to your oil changes on time). Our salesman was super nice and did a great job. These two gentleman were very kind and very quick at my requests to get additional parts for my vehicle which I purchased at the Pre Owned lot. I was even given a loaner vehicle since my additional key re requests to get additional parts for my vehicle which I purchased at the Pre Owned lot. My wife and I have purchased cars from Jones, are regular customers for the service department and have (unfortunately) required service from the body shop.
