My Ford MachE required repair due to many error messages concerning camera faults as well as an extensive warranty repair. The repair took from December 3 through January 3 - a full month. Initially, I wa concerning camera faults as well as an extensive warranty repair. The repair took from December 3 through January 3 - a full month. Initially, I was given a Ford Escape as a loaner. It was dirty and had a cracked windshield. Not great. I lobbied for a loaner MachE which I got about halfway through the month I did not have my car. The loaner MachE had a faulty rear view mirror in that it was always on night setting making it unusable during the daylight hours. Other than that, it was ok. Communication was fair to frustrating in that when I checked in on the repair (maybe 3 times during the month), it took days for a return phone call, which I found unacceptable. Had to call multiple times. More
