It was a very pleasant experience! I highly recommend Ron Allyn to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle! Ron is not your typical car salesman...he is honest, up front, knowledgable & extremely helpful. As a single female buying a car Ron never made me feel stupid or disrespected. Needed a new car to battle the winter weather for my commute to work. Traded in my '12 Hyundai Elantra for a '14 Hyundai Tucson and I'm very happy I did so. Working with Ron Allyn was very pleasing - he commute to work. Traded in my '12 Hyundai Elantra for a '14 Hyundai Tucson and I'm very happy I did so. Working with Ron Allyn was very pleasing - he did a great job! Answered all questions I had, went over every detail of the sale and kept in good contact with the dealership trade. One more great thing about this dealership is that they offer fixing dings, dents scratches and some other things for a standard 6 months which is upgradeable to 5 years (and renewable if I'm correct after that time). I was looking to trade in my lease at Joseph Airport Toyota but beforehand I wanted to look at the new Hyundai Sonatas. I had a Toyota Camry and wanted to compare before buying or leasing another one. W Toyota but beforehand I wanted to look at the new Hyundai Sonatas. I had a Toyota Camry and wanted to compare before buying or leasing another one. When I told the Darrell what I was looking for he showed me all my options and talked about both cars. He had worked at Joseph Airport Toyota but came over when the Hyundai dealership was built. He knew a lot about both cars and explained to me in detail all my questions. After all was said and done I leased a brand new Hyundai sonata hybrid for a great price! I would recommend anybody to Joseph Airport Hyundai and especially to Darrell Smith! If you want a great price and great car for the price go there! More

I searched the web for a Mini Cooper and found several in the area. Ron Allyn was the first to contact me, and had the most car for the money. I've never experienced a no haggle deal that was as painless as this! The finance manager, David Lloyd, went above and beyond when he found me a lower loan rate than my OWN CREDIT UNION! Barry Edwards, the sales manager, presented the "Promise" plan that they offer and I was sold. They will fix dents, dings, bent rims, cracked windshields, and replace lost keys FOR FREE. The replacement key for the car I bought is almost $500. They also cover the used cars with a LIFETIME drive train warranty! This kind of service is new to me, and I have to recommend them as 5 star excellent! M. McCallister More

Horrible experience and will never go back. Was interested in a used car, and xx was adamant we buy a new car. We drove both, when it came time to talk price all he wanted to talk about was the new interested in a used car, and xx was adamant we buy a new car. We drove both, when it came time to talk price all he wanted to talk about was the new vehicle "It makes sense for you to buy the new car", I told him 3 times I wasn't but a new car and wanted the used one. After arguing for 30 minutes we finally left (after he gave us the keys back). I told him numerous times I was interested in buy the used car but he wouldn't listen. Needless to say I bought an almost identical used car from another dealer. They have lost a customer and we will never go back. More

I recently visited Airport Hyundai to help my mother purchase a new vehicle. Having purchased two vehicles in the past from Airport Hyundai, I knew that I could count on their sales team to get my mothe purchase a new vehicle. Having purchased two vehicles in the past from Airport Hyundai, I knew that I could count on their sales team to get my mother the best deal for the money. Needless to say, we were not disappointed! Andy was very knowledgable and honest with us and answered all of our questions. My mother drove her new 2013 Accent home that evening with a smile on her face. While trading in my mother's vehicle, I decided maybe I might look at an SUV. As soon as I drove the 2013 Santa Fe, I knew it was the vehicle for me. Jeremy and Darrel helped me with every aspect of getting me into that vehicle, while Barry provided friendly conversation with my teenage daughter who waited patiently for the deal to be completed. Having previously owned two Hyundai's in the past, I have also dealt with their service department for regular maintenance and have had nothing but success. I would highly recommend Airport Hyundai for the purchase of a vehicle. The team is friendly, knowledgable, professional, and caring. You really don't find service like this anymore! More
