An accessibility Dream I am disabled and cannot walk far without my cart which I keep in the rear of my Scion B. I arrived on time for my appointment, was sent to the waiting area via a ramp.. The work was completed in about 45 minutes and the car was waiting for me in the same area in which I left it. I didn't need to drive my cart to an area outside the building. This sounds as smooth a silk but accessibility for people with disabilities is no small feat. The staff went out of their way to make me comfortable .as I travel alone. So, accessibility is critical for me and I was really pleased with the service experience. Someone asked me about my appointment time as soon as I arrived and I was served immediately. More
