They listened to my concerns and addressed them. They took me home while I waited for the maintenance. Best of all, they realized I left my cell phone in my car so they knocked on my door to pick me up. When I got my car, the repair was not to my satisfaction so I drove around the block and brought it back. They immediately jumped on it and fixed it to my satisfaction --completing the job before the time expired that they had estimated.
