Every vehicle we have purchased in the past 25 years, including the cars for both of our children, were purchased from this dealership. During those years, the dealership has remodeled/rebuilt to stay u including the cars for both of our children, were purchased from this dealership. Receptionist said no appointment was needed and then was told we did need to make an appointment and it was for much later in the day and then they didnt even do what we asked them to do and said we would h told we did need to make an appointment and it was for much later in the day and then they didnt even do what we asked them to do and said we would have to make another appointment to come back. Took over an hour after they said the car was done for them to bring it around. Tried to contact the servic manger to let him know what happened and have been bothered by sales associates trying to find and sell me the vehicle i already have. This i the second worst dealership experience i have had and will not look to buy future vehicles from them More

Ordered a Denali Pickup 3 months ago. Came in with wrong wheels. They were good at getting the correct wheels in within a few days. Salesman offered to pick up at house and bring back. I Came in with wrong wheels. They were good at getting the correct wheels in within a few days. Salesman offered to pick up at house and bring back. I stated “I’ll help you out and bring up if you can get me taken care of immediately. Please let me know a time that works for you?” They scheduled 9:30 AM on Friday the 19th. I arrived (from Kentucky) at 9:15 to switch 4 tires and wheels already mounted. 3 hours later I walked out to see what the delay was. hey stated they were short handed and let me sit. When the truck was finished I could tell the tires and wheels were obviously pulled from another truck due to the mud on the tires. Obviously a complete breakdown from sales to service. To back up I was told the truck would be in the beginning of December in October after a lack of previous request. Returning from out of town I emailed Alex on December the 11th (salesperson who dropped the ball twice) any word on my truck? He called 1 hour later stating “miraculously my truck showed up last night “ I requested to switch salesperson at that point and was taken care of on the purchase professionally. More
