I would like to update my rating to 4. 5 based on how the Service Manager and General Manager responded after I expressed my concerns. My initial service experience was disappointing and 5 based on how the Service Manager and General Manager responded after I expressed my concerns. My initial service experience was disappointing and left me feeling uncertain about the communication, quality control, and overall customer care. I also believe it is important to document that, had I not made a complaint, the dealership may not have been aware that my experience did not meet the level of service expected, nor would there have been an opportunity to restore my confidence. That said, once my concerns were brought to leadership’s attention, I felt heard, respected, and valued. The Service Manager and General Manager listened, apologized for the inconvenience, and offered a thoughtful resolution of four complimentary oil changes with tire rotations. I also appreciated being informed that courtesy rides and loaner vehicles are available if I am ever inconvenienced again. While I cannot overlook the original experience, I do appreciate the accountability and professionalism shown afterward. Their response made a meaningful difference and restored much of my confidence in the dealership. More
