That is absolutely not the standard we hold ourselves to, and I completely understand your frustration—especially regarding the lack of communication after a safety-related light came on. I want to sincerely apologize for the communication breakdown. We have been experiencing major, widespread technical issues with our new phone system all week, which severely impacted our ability to receive incoming calls and access voicemails in the service department. While we believe the system is fully repaired now, it is completely unacceptable that your messages went unanswered during this critical time, and I am deeply sorry for the stress this caused. Regarding your diagnostics, I hear your concerns completely. Our standard protocol with a dead cell is to charge and test the battery to ensure stable, reliable power before running deep electrical diagnostics on complex systems like the cooling fan. However, we always aim to explore the most practical, customer-friendly solutions first, and I apologize if it felt like we were prioritizing parts over a careful investigation. Your safety and peace of mind are our top priorities right now. I want to get your vehicle back into the shop immediately to address that passenger-side airbag light and personally ensure your cooling fan assembly repair was 100% necessary and correctly performed.
