Went in for an oil change on June 11th, wanted weather stripping replaced on the driver's door. Was told that it needed to be ordered, should take a week and they would call. I called (left message) July stripping replaced on the driver's door. Was told that it needed to be ordered, should take a week and they would call. I called (left message) July 9th and was told by Chris Farrell there was a mixup and it would be ordered and they would call when it came in. I messaged AGAIN Aug.4th and was told AGAIN by Chris Farrell that he would contact me when he could find out what was going on. I called Aug 29th to be told that the part was in! Was never contacted by the dealership. Went in Sept 3rd, got the stripping replaced and a "cap" for the bolt on my back wiper. Wrong cap was ordered and was told it would be in the next day. I live 40 minutes away and was told they would ship it out to me the next day. As of this review, its Sept 20th and you guess it, no cap. Now its up to me again to contact this dealership to get the cap that's been paid for since June 11th. Workmanship is a 5, everyone is cheerful and helpful (when you are there) is a 5. Communication is a negative 10! More
