Repeated calls for updates from customers can sometimes lead to misunderstandings, and we appreciate your patience during this time. When there is pressure for an estimated time of completion while repairs are still in progress and we are awaiting correspondence from insurance, it can sometimes lead to incorrect ETAs even though we aim to give the most accurate estimation.
