Went in Joseph Chev on Colerain. Attention was prompt and oil change took about an hour. Only snag was I was charged for the oil change although it was first service on my car and sh Attention was prompt and oil change took about an hour. Very nice lady in the customer service area caught the error, had it corrected and wished me a great day as I was leaving. She also told me the person who waited on me was a new employee. The only other question i had was why my new car needed an oil change with only 2,4xx miles on it. No answer was given. More
