I always take my Cruze to Joseph for oil change and tire rotation because I bought it there, they know Chevys,they get it done right and usually fairly quickly. the dealership was swift to help, explain, and assist with my needs, however I feel i could have gotten more on my trade, it is a 2019 but it has more features. The vehicle they sold me is 2026 however not equipped with what i had. And there was nothing wrong with my vehicle, I just saw a sign while getting my brakes done and it read "we need Equinox please see...." I worked with Jessie he is still learning but was aiming to please 4 star, Tom did a nice job taking over while Jessie had the day off 4 star, Ted manager 4 star. More

I have know MIke and Ted Herlinger for many years and have purchased 2 EV from them. Their service has always been great but after they sold their business the Chevrolet APP said they were no longer a qu have purchased 2 EV from them. Their service has always been great but after they sold their business the Chevrolet APP said they were no longer a qualified EV service center and it recommended me to Joseph Chevrolet. The service department was top notch. Everyone was very friendly, the waiting room was clean and inviting and the warranty service was done in a very timely manner! It was a very good experience!!!
