I stopped in without an appointment on a Saturday to get my radio reprogrammed due to a recall, and they took my truck in immediately. The manager said it would take about an hour, and within 30 minutes the my radio reprogrammed due to a recall, and they took my truck in immediately. I was shocked when I arrived to find out that I had to pay for a tire rotation that I did not even want. I felt like that was a very poor taste. My husband's done my rotation for years. And they told us pay for a tire rotation that I did not even want. I felt like that was a very poor taste. My husband's done my rotation for years. And they told us that we had to pay for it whether we wanted it or not. And on top of that, we were there for over two hours. we've never had to wait that long.
